A.Caviston is a family run restaurant and cafe, deli and fish shop, in the pretty seaside town of Greystones, Co.Wicklow. Run buy Amy Caviston, a close relative of Peter Caviston of Cavistons Food Emporium and Seafood Restaurant in Glasthule. The menu at A.Caviston focusses on fresh fish and shellfish; local boats fishing off the Wicklow coast supply shellfish like crab and lobster. You can choose whatever you want from the fish shop, and then relax till its filleted and cooked for you.
