The Spiny Lobster is the creation of Mitch Tonks and was formerly known as The Rockfish Grill.  

The Spiny Lobster offers a wide ranging menu designed for lovers of the best seafood and meats. Inspired by Mitch's travels to the Meditarranean, The Spiny Lobster specialises in cooking over the open fire of the josper grill, adding a distinct flavour to their food.
