We’re passionate about sourcing and delivering the best produce with our fish direct from sustainable stocks. It’s then cooked with respect using fresh seasonal ingredients to offer an extraordinary dining experience. Expect to find some of Scotland’s best seafood on our menu – which is updated every six weeks – including locally sourced Isle of Gigha halibut, Scottish lobster and Scottish smoked salmon from Marrbury. Recently we have been awarded a three star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, retained our two AA rosettes, won the DRAM Awards BII Customer Service accolade and received a highly commendation as finalist at the SLTN Awards for best restaurant.
