Cod and Halibut are ideal for baking
Fish is baked by placing it on a greased baking pan or a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Brush with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 450° Fahrenheit. Whole fish and chunky fish steaks, such as cod and halibut are ideal for baking.
