Moist and Full of Flavour
Since fish is delicate, it must be coated in flour or batter before deep frying. This will seal in the juices, making the fish crisp on the outside and moist and full of flavour in the inside. To deep fry fish it is placed into a deep fat fryer at a temperature of 350°F to 375°F for 3 – 5 minutes until lightly browned and crisp. Most fish is suitable for deep frying.
