Microwaved Fish

Moist and Full of Flavour

So long as fish is not overcooked in a microwave, it will be moist and full of flavour.   Spray a microwave dish with non-stick cooking spray.   Place the fish on a single layer with a small amount of liquid, keeping thinner parts of the fish toward the centre.   Always cover the fish with plastic wrap.   Cut a few vent holes in the wrap.   Cook the fish for 3 minutes per pound on high power, turning once.
